Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incomplete.
- You received the wrong product or color/finish.
- There are missing parts or hardware essential for assembly.
- The product does not match the description or specifications provided on our website.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.
- Clear photos/videos must be submitted to verify the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery.
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Custom-made, modified, or personalized items.
- Minor variations in color or texture due to screen display or natural material differences.
- Products bought under clearance sale, discount offers, or final sale.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will arrange pickup or request you to ship the item back (if applicable).
- Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of payment via Cash on Delivery, refund will be made through NEFT to your bank account.
Please note: Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund unless the issue is due to a fault on our end.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or phone with your order ID.
If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refer to the return process instead (if eligible).
